I didn’t come to planning naturally. For most of my life, structure felt restrictive, and just hearing the words Excel spreadsheet made me want to run in the opposite direction. But discovering digital planning through Notion completely changed how I relate to organization, creativity, and follow-through.
Instead of juggling loose ideas and half-finished systems, everything began to live together in one thoughtful, aesthetically pleasing space. Blog drafts, poetry, research, reference links, screenshots, and important notes could be grouped by theme, easily searched, and returned to when the timing was right. Notes from masterclasses became something I could actually absorb and build on later, rather than forget. Over time, even the practical details, like planning content, tracking patterns in my health, and organizing business records, began to feel calm and supportive instead of scattered.
I design these planners the same way I’d approach a physical space: with intention, flow, and attention to atmosphere and mood. I want them to feel like stepping into a beautifully designed hotel room or creative studio — calm, elevated, functional, and quietly motivating. Every layout is built to be intuitive, supportive, and easy to return to.
Planning doesn’t have to feel rigid or boring. When done well, it becomes an enjoyable creative practice. My hope is that when you open your planner, you think, This feels good. I want to come back to this.
